Welcome to ZplusLimo! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your ride.

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

  • Advance booking is recommended for premium vehicles.

  • Accurate pickup and drop-off details must be provided while booking.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.

  • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, cash, and online payment gateways.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking, waiting time) are to be paid by the customer at the end of the ride.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled ride.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the booking amount.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of ride) are non-refundable.

4. Waiting Time & Extra Charges

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed.

  • Extra waiting charges apply after the grace period, depending on the vehicle type.

  • Late-night rides (between 11 PM and 5 AM) may include additional night charges.

5. Passenger Responsibility

  • Passengers must not damage or dirty the vehicle.

  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not allowed inside the car.

  • The customer is responsible for their belongings. ZplusLimo is not liable for lost or misplaced items.

6. Company Rights

  • ZplusLimo reserves the right to refuse service to any customer behaving inappropriately.

  • We may change these terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official platforms.
