1. Booking

All bookings are processed based on vehicle availability and service schedules. Prices may vary depending on the selected vehicle type, travel distance, seasonal demand, and the nature of the service requested. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate details to ensure smooth scheduling and timely confirmation.

2. Service Usage

Our vehicles must be used in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. Smoking, misuse, inappropriate behavior, or any activity that may cause damage to the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any damages resulting from customer negligence will be fully chargeable to the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any additional charges. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in charges based on the service booking.

4. Waiting Time

A complimentary waiting period is included with every booking. If the waiting period exceeds the limit, additional charges may apply according to our pricing policy.

5. Safety

Our chauffeurs prioritize safety and professionalism at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where customer behavior compromises safety or violates policy.

6. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. ZPlus Limousine is not liable for lost or forgotten items, although our team will assist when possible.

7. Privacy

Personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and used only for booking coordination and service updates.

8. Payments

Payments can be made through cash, card, or approved digital methods. Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or extra travel time may be added to the final bill.

9. Policy Updates

ZPlus Limousine may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the latest policies.
